Applicants who wish to attend the University who are not interested in earning a degree can apply as a non-degree student.

Please read the following before proceeding with the non-degree application:

Applicants who have previously attended TU and did not complete a degree should contact the Registrar's Office at 410-704-2007 for a re-enrollment application.
Applicants who have been officially denied admission as a degree-seeking student are not eligible for admission as non-degree students.
Courses completed by non-degree students carry full University credit; however, none of the credits are applicable to a degree until the student applies and qualifies for admission to a degree program.
Non-degree students are not eligible for financial aid.
