Acting Experience: Tell us about your acting experience! Please list any roles, productions, or performance you’ve participated in that you’d like us to know about.

Singing Experience: Do you consider yourself a singer? Let us know your voice part and tell us a little about your singing experience, including any vocal training, choir, musical theatre, or other performance experience.

Dancing Experience: Do you consider yourself a dancer or a strong mover? Tell us about your dance experience, including any styles you’ve studied, training you’ve received, or performance experience you’d like us to know about.
